I make high-protein, low-calorie, keto-friendly, and vegan desserts for people who want to eat healthier without missing out. I also bake for those with health conditions like diabetes and food allergies. One of my regulars is a dog allergic to peanuts, legumes, soy, peas, and lamb, proof that dessert really can be for everyone.

These dog biscuits are curate specially for a dog customer who is allergic to soy, dairy, legumes, pork, peas, peanuts, and 40+ other ingredients and cannot consume store bought biscuits

My At-Home Café boxes are curated to give you everything you'd want from your favorite coffee shop: small-batch bakes, thoughtfully paired with coffee or tea options, and little extras like flavored butters, spreads, or toppings. Each box is themed and seasonal, so it’s a fresh experience every time. Perfect for slow mornings, catch-ups with friends, or just treating yourself.

Everything I bake is tailored—whether you want more cake, less icing, the reverse, or a dessert inspired by an Instagram reel. I bring your ideas to life, and if you’re not sure what you want, I’ve got you. I love experimenting—think black sesame & earl grey, or whatever wild combo pops into my head. No templates here—just desserts made exactly the way you imagine (or didn’t know you needed).

A customer once told me her friend loved Milka chocolate, Reese’s, Lotus Biscoff, and cassata ice cream—so I created a box of brownies that blended all four. That’s the kind of baking I do: personalized, thoughtful, and made to match cravings. Whether it’s a favourite flavour combo or a dessert from a memory, I’ll turn it into something sweet and sharable
